Unhappy with MWeb and OpenServe's service

We ordered WiFi at the beginning of December and to this day, we still have no WiFi. Everytime they send OpenServe to install it, there's always an issue and they keep extending the time frame. I keep trying to contact MWeb, they put me through to 3 or 4 different people and then back to the machine where it asks for a contact number, ends the call and MWeb never get back to me.
