unhappy with metro fiber and assistance

depending on which service provider you are with will determine the quality you are going to get and I have not been happy this far as I am with metro fiber and I'm not happy at all. their communication is terrible and the influx of queries is way to many for them to see to you immediately. they need to fix who they are using to install the infrastructure. Its been a bad ride so far
