Unhappy Vuma/Mweb client

I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and turn around time from Mweb. I missed a payment on the 1st December however made an EFT payment to their account on the same day to make up the payment missed, my service was suspended still. I have made numerous attempts to contact them to have the payment updated on their side.Their customer care line rings with no answer. They do not respond to queries logged on the app. I even attached the proof of payment on 3 of the queries logged on their app still no response from them. I am definitely looking for a new service provider and will never recommend mweb to any of my acquaintance or family members . Their service is below poor.
