Unhappy services

It is now the 2nd day that we font have internet, mweb knows about it but it seems like there's no urgency to fix it whether you loose money due to it or not it's not there problem. At lease that's what it feels to us like, them knowing there is a problem in our area and nothing is happening to fix it.
