Unhappy Mweb Customer

I have been dealing with this issue for a while now, the link 192.168.0.1 has not been working and I've mentioned this to the mweb representatives before. Now after loadshedding I cannot connect to the internet and I need it as I work from home! Conveniently, Mweb does not have an after-hours service so im missing out on work and have to deal with this tomorrow, when it could have been sorted tonight. I am not happy!
