Unhappy Mweb customer!

Pathetic service....app**** for Fibte more than two weeks ago and still waiting. Today I tried to phone them FOUR times, holding about 20 minutes at a time...then I get cut off...Seriously how is this possible? I'm appalled and I'm ready to take my business somewhere else!!!
