Unhappy Mweb Client

One of my many email addresses has been blocked for some reason. i have been trying for a week now to resolve this issue. The amount of time i have spend holding on is absolutely ridiculous and as for the web chat the biggest load for bull**** no one ever comes back to you. not sure what's happened but Mweb is going to lose a lot of clients very quickly!!!
