Unhappy, disrespected and diss appointed at the level of unprofessionalism I received finance .

I am utterly unhappy with the service I received today from the rude agent I spoke to regarding my billing in the finance department especially considering the fact that I work at a financial institution.I don’t understand how I was billed R1736.00 when all my payments are up to date and the fact that it is a monthly debit order that runs through my account. I need an explanation on this within the 48 hours or I will have to take more drastic matters. I am so disappointed with Mweb especially the customer service.
