Unhappy Customer

3 weeks later and still no resolution but they found the problem. The technician came on the 16th of March 2023 after I called again on the 15th because they ignored my complaint on hellopeter 🙃. My problem is without internet connectivity I can't work and why am I paying for something I can't use...please fix the line as confirmed by the technician that the line on our street seems to be damaged and3 houses are affected. I urgently need to be able to work asap. Ticket number MWB***6...need the technicians to come out and sort this mess out.
