Unhappy customer

I regret EVER signing up with MWEB for fiber. I signed up for a month to month contract of R599 with free installation and router. At the time I app****, I was in the process of selling my home.They conveniently neglected to inform me that the routers cannot be moved and that I will be liable to pay early cancellation fees. I received no contract from them and there is no such warning when you sign in on their portal to your account. They also dont inform you when they sell this special to you. I tried calling their call centre on numerous occasions and going through the tiring process of listening to the recordings, verifying my account etc, I am cut off every time and cannot get through to an operator. After a month or two the special monthly fee was increased to R640. Very disappointing, unprofessional and costly exercise. Please be careful if you want to use them.
