Unhappy customer

Good day

I've got an account with mweb, last month I paid my account on the 24th R600 and 30th R598. Today my wi- fi is disconnected and I cannot get hold of an agent to assist me, I've been holding for more than 30 minutes. I am not happy with the service I'm receiving from mweb, can this problem be sorted immediately and i hope i won't experience this kind of service in future. 😡
