Unhappy client

Am not happy with there service, they don't communicate am confused they've deducted two into my bank account R249 and now R154 without any explanation what so ever, they don't reply on WhatsApp or chatbox don't know what this money is for if it's for the router when I registered they said router is free but now they just taking money, they haven't even fully installed router not delivered NO communication and at end of January they are going to want there month to month money not happy client and it's my first time using them
