Unhappy client

Extremely poor service, as someone that is a Client Relationship Manager myself in a call centre, this is by far the worst experience I have had just getting through to an agent. I am writing this review still waiting to get through to an agent for an hour and a half, I previously got through to an agent that did not even answer and the call just happened to go through to the survey and expected me to still rate the call how pathetic you are but I have to spend my hard earned money on you guys to be treated this way, I am disappointed and will make sure other people know how you treat your clients.
