Unhappy client

I got a call from this company selling me about their services and I was interested. I was told that a delivery will be done on the 14/06/2023 and after that I will have to pay a certain amount before month end and I agreed but to my surprise they debited before a delivery that I am still waiting for and that was never an agreement. I tried calling them but you will hold until your airtime runs out.
