Unhappy Client

I have spent 30 minutes waiting on a call; I briefly spoke to a consultant who then needed to place me on hold only to eventually have the line put down. I am incredibly frustrated trying to reach Mweb. I have had a fibre line installed today, unfortunately in my absence & the line has been installed above ground along my fence. It looks terrible! A complete eyesore. This should be underground. I expect this to be rectified.
