Unhappy

I’ve been following up on my refund for a while and I keep needing to follow up because somebody didn’t do this and somebody didn’t do that. I’ve been trying to get a hold of their call centre since 8 today, no joy. Tried their live chat and no joy there as well. This is pathetic.
