MWEB is really useless,,,, Staff are untrained, unproffessional, quick to debit order, or collecting your router. but for a simple thing to cancel the line by Vumatel for new service providers to get you connected on fibre they are just spiteful... What do they care they got free Wifi at home and work.. Typical just think to themself the **** with the customers that is actually paying they salary.... I think they must relize without the customers support they wont have a job or any income....
