Unhappy

So we signed up for the LTE_A product with the free b618 router and we we recently found out that you also get a one month free and I was not advised about this so I called the call center and was told because I signed up on the end of October I don't qualify for that promotion and that's unacceptable because we didn't know about it and I only signed up a few days earlier plus we didn't get your to service as well so why can't we be put on the one month free as well this is not good service on Mwebs part unacceptable
