Unfortunate Mweb Service :(

I've ordered multiple packages from Mweb without a hassle for work, thats why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 like most people - out of good faith.

Recently I ordered a TELKOM 2TB package as needed for work. Usually speedy service has been provided, I received a link for RICA verification and uploaded all necessary documentation and selfie as used with all other contracts.

That was over a week ago. I've received the same link every day for the past week or so and have been notified that my order is on hold (even after paying the initial fee immediately).

Every link is "expired" or "already claimed". Rather frustrating as I need this package ASAP.

I'm not sure what the hold up is as this is not the service that is usually privided.
