Unfairly disconnected

I have a month to month subscription with mweb for an Lte product, on the 30/11 /2024 I deposited R400 on their mweb home account, that R400 amount was agreed on for the subscription payment, and on the 09/11 /2024 my Lte was suspended due to non payment, I then called the mweb support agent and I had to hold for over 36 min and finally the lady by the name of Nicole( mweb support agent) she explained to me that I have to pay extra R159 due to the payment was supposed to be debited and they couldn't find the money in my account, so we agreed if I pay theR159 and my Lte will be reinstated, I paid the amount trough my Tyme bank app and send the proof to the email she provided and still my acoount was not re-instated, On the 10/11 /2024 I called mweb I spoke to a support agent Norma and she did re-instate My Lte account, on the 11/11 /2024 my account was disconnected.. I tried getting hold support agent with no luck, kept getting messages tht my call can't go trough because of unforseen circumstances, until on the 14/11/2024 I managed to get hold of a very unhelpful agent whom I only got hold of him after 56 minutes of holding and he told tht he can't help me and because my query needs only billing and I explained tht my kids can't stay the whole long weekend without internet and he said he can't help, I then asked for his supervisor , he then put me on a hold with an answering machine tht kept counting down tht I am caller number 96, I stayed on the line for another hour until the call was dropped from mweb,, unfortunately I forgot the agent's name but he was an Indian male,, this morning I called mweb at 8am I spoke to a support agent Thembi Klaas and I asked why am I disconnected and she explained that on my payment reference I wrote my name and surname instead of my account and she forwarded the proof of payment to accounts so tht they can allocate the payment accordingly, She then said my account has been re-instated, but unfortunately since we spoke my account hasn't been reinstated,,, frustrated
