Unfair business practice

Mweb has demonstrated unprofessionalism and deceptive practices. Despite knowing that Vumatel no longer services my area, they continued to charge me for my monthly subscription. When I lost connectivity for an entire week, it severely impacted my ability to work from home.

After raising the issue with both Vumatel and Mweb, Vumatel confirmed that they no longer provide service in my area and stated that Mweb was fully aware of this situation. They even questioned why Mweb continued to bill me despite knowing that I would be unable to receive support for any technical issues. This lack of transparency and accountability has been both frustrating and unacceptable.
