Trying to trick consumers in taking up their product by providing incorrect information. This service provider is selling clients wrong information. "Uncapped Fibre" should mean exactly that. Now, after taking up a 2 year contract, they let me know that my usage is too high and speeds will be reduced. I find this unacceptable, ********* and unprofessional. Will never use this provider again, or recommend to anyone. Disgraceful!!
