Undelivered email plus no email to log issue, only 087 Number

On two occasions I did not receive very important emails sent to me. This has caused embarrassment as I had to use GMAIL, which worked. Yesterday I did not receive an email and it was resent today....I received it 15 minutes later...why the delay when gmail was sent 5 minutes later and received almost immediately??? How many other emails that could be important were not delivered???

I wanted to log an issue using their email but there are only 087 numbers. Why must I pay to log MWEB faults??? One usually waits a while for a telephonic response so it's frustrating. Their customer service should be able to respond immediately to email issues.

The problem PERSISTS and i dont know HOW MANY E-MAILS HAVENOT BEING DELIVERED ??? I just had two documents scanned and e-mailed to me but it did not arrive after half and hour !!!! I had them re-sent to my GMAIL ACCOUNT AND I RECEIVED THEM. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE AREA AFFECTED AND WHAT IMPORTANT E-MAILS ARE MWEB CLIENTS NOT RECEIVING? Could there be a case to sue MWEB if important mails were not delivered???? I had filters that moved faxes to a specific folder but have since removed these...they were in place for years so it cannot be the problem.
