uncaring business

this is getting ridiculous i don't get satisfaction as to the problem with my fiber.I have a 20/10mb fiber line .for the past 3 weeks my speed has dropped to less than 12mbps.I have tried rebooting no luck. Evotel informed me that with mweb will increase my speed to double (40/20) for free from 1/09 to 1/12.There is no increase in speed. Before i had no problem now i don't even get my speed i pay for. I have logged 2 faults on there web site with no solution, try to phone them you can not get through and have to hold. I feel like canceling my contract . My adsl line was faster.
