uncapped not uncapped

App**** for uncapped 2m/s adsl via Mweb website. Website advertises as 2 meg/s uncapped. Few days after commencing service service at .3m/s. Contacted Mweb tech dept. Was advised too much band with used, service throttled per Mweb fair usage policy. Fair usage mentioned on Mweb website, but not defined. Apparently Mweb sets a limit of 80 gig per month calculated daily over an ongoing/running monthly basis. How can uncapped be subjective to limitation? By not defining fair usage, Mweb makes it appear as though their uncapped adsl is cheapest option and prevents fair comparison with over service providers. Also, even if fair usage means service limited, it would be better to set limits on a monthly calendar basis, to throttle service once monthly limit exceeded till end of month, and reset to full usage on 1st of following month.
