Uncapped my backside

Hi There<br> <br> I have a mweb 6mb line uncapped. I was told that per month (not per 30 days), i will be throttled shoudl i go over 150gb. In May i went over my limit(?, keeping in mind its supposed to be uncapped) , and was throttled. Yes i understand the fair use policy, but im paying for an uncapped? service. It is now the middle of June, and STILL im throttled, even though my usage for June is only 18gb. .... I see you calculate usage as \past 30 days"which isnt what i was told. It also contradicts having a month by month break down on my service tab on [URL Removed] "
