Uncapped means anything but that.....
I have got MWEB ADSL at home , 2mbps uncapped. MWEB advertise this product as uncapped and month to month, so no contract needed... Sounds amazing.... Well I realize uncapped never means uncapped, and after a certain amount of usage they \throttle"your usage.. Seems fair"
