Uncapped is a lie and so is 20 mbps

Last year I was on 200G 20 mbps with MWEB/Vumatel but I was running out of data so in August I upgraded to Uncapped 20 mbps. From 1 September I was throttled continuously to speeds of between 1-3 mbps because their fair usage policy is "250 GB" - despite finding info online that its 400 G before they throttle? I basically upgraded to pay more and get less because a 200 G + 50 G top up cost the same with no throttling and my speeds were closer to 20 mbps. Today I upgraded to 400 G 20 mbps and I asked the agent if it was 200 G day and 200 G night and he said no it was 400 G day and unlimited night???? But no I am back to my 200G package and no manager at MWEB will speak to me
