Unbelievably Poor Service

Unbelievable poor and *********** service from Mweb. Can someone please just contact me to sort out my issues? I've just held for 55 minutes to contact your call centre, only to be told that the person cant help. I'm sure you can understand how frustrating this is? This is what I've experienced ever day for the past two weeks and enough is enough. The empty promises are beyond belief. Please please please just get a manager to contact me today to sort my issues, preferably Sam who has promised to sort this out two weeks ago: My contact: ***
