Unbelievably pathetic service

1 star is too high.. can never get a hold of them.. wasted 20 hours since the beginning of December trying to sort out the endless issues I’ve had with them. DO NOT waste your time with these guys. Retentions team is barely existent but I’m hoping to move ISP’s. Keep getting transferred between departments and put on hold then cut off. Wasted endless data and airtime and minutes on these people. And pay for service that doesn’t exist. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
