UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE FROM MWEB

The worst company ....worse than MTN used to be before the latter improved... no one answers calls, 500 callers on the line -- -you can wait for 2 hours and no one helps you.. ridiculously unhelpful bots on their online help service, and i have my doubts if any real people even work there, hence such shoddy service. Honestly, mweb, this is NOT how professional companies win friends, influence people, and grow their customer base. Shocking.
