Unbelievably bad service and treatment

Pathetic customer service.

They will be late in installing/activating your service. They will sign you up for the incorrect service. You will spend hours on the phone to customer services trying to get it activated and then corrected. They will charge you for their errors and then hold your line randsom until you make payment. You will eventually give-in, because no amount of money is worth having to deal with them again.

This is what is in store for you should you sing up with MWEB. Be prepared to have your soul crushed.

Or, just sign up with any one of a host of smaller ISPs and you will be much, much happier. Don't be like me, be smart, and stay well away from MWEB's offerings.
