UNBELIEVABLE
After struggling for months with technical problems Mweb nor Telkom could fix I cancel my Mweb subscription only to find that the adsl is now transferred to Telkom and i am now being billed for an ADSL line that I cancelled!!!

Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.
As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant this matter has now been addressed.
He explained our process, that when an all inclusive customer cancels the account the ADSL portion get moved to Telkom and you should cancel it from there.
We have also notified you of this Via email and sms.
We apologise for the inconvenience you may have experienced and thank you for your feedback.
