Unauthorised debit order for so-called extra services!

<p>I have picked up an amount of R49-00 that is being debited off our business account. The reference: RESCUEBOX PD- ********** 3-2. I am HORRIFIED to say the least. I called MWEB and was told that I signed up for additional services when I joined MWEB. Which I never did! I have now been told they will esclate this issue. I can expect feedback in 3 to 5 working days! Shocking to say the least.</p>
