Unauthorised debit order amounts!

What on earth is going on with mweb and your billing side! How did I go from being in a credit to debiting over R2000 off my bank account! Who gave you that authority to take more than the agreed amount! I now have to waste my time going into the bank to reverse this! I am done with your services and doing what you want on my bank account! I am actually fuming about this! Who gives you the right to incorrectly debit once again! Another month!

The debit order will be cancelled today and mweb will no longer have authority to debit my account! I will also be contacting Vox today to have my services moved from Mweb! This is not the 1st time and it takes you weeks to sort your nonsense out! Not on my watch! I’m done!
