Unauthorised debit order

I app**** for an adsl of 2mb which went ok after that there was cable in the area so i forced to move to lte so i asked the consultant am i going to pay for a cancellation fee of my adsl package i was told no. Now i received emails from mweb for unpaid invoices i called mweb accounts department i asked what are these unpaid invoice about where are they coming they told me that i owe my adsl package. I wont recommend anyone to use mweb.
