Unauthorised debit order

Debited my cheque account without a signed contract or authority to debit. On querying the debit order mweb acknowledged that there is no signed contract and my account will be credited asap. Nothing jad happened since. No feedback or any correction. Very very poor customer service considering the debit is *******.
