unauthorised debit order

Dont even want to give them a star, firstly they took money out of my account, before I had the product, I cancelled it spoke to multiple people there and all confirmed that my order has been cancelled since I cancelled it because of taking money out of my account. My waiting 7 days now for my refund to be pay back to me. There came messages that my order are shipped which I cancelled I called and they said" no problem mam, the order and courier are cancelled just ignore the message" suprise last night they debited my account again for what reason I don't know, all I know is that I want my funds back in my account, by the end of the day, don't want to hear about it will take 7-14 working days, cause the took my money without authorisation, worse, worse network.
