Unauthorised debit from my acc

I contacted Mweb to enquire about moving my WiFi, but after realising the package was the same, I told the consultant not to proceed. Despite this, money was deducted the next day. I was promised a cancellation and refund, but I’ve received neither and now my emails are being ignored. Consultant name is Alina Mangojane.
