Unauthorised addition of ADSl number to my Account

I noticed that my Mweb Adsl account has a 2nd ADSL number which i don`t know.<br> <br> I reported to Kirschwin Dass (Mweb) w.r.t the incident *** and i was promised a report in writing as to who authorized a 2nd land number to access internet services using my account without my approval and provide the proof as to when i approved that to happen.<br> <br> I then received feedback stating that my account has been active since 2012 and they do not know who did the change.I requested the consultant to send me that information in writing but up to now i haven`t received feedback.<br> <br> I sent them again another email on the 19th July and up to now no feedback.<br>
