Unauthorised account changes made by Mweb

I have used a Mweb email for the past 2 decades that suddenly gave me login failure messages 2 days ago. After spending an hour on the phone with technical support, they simply tell me that they have logged a ticket, since my email has been deactivated.

Passwords for my online login were simply changes by Mweb as well and I had to reset them, only to find that other changes were made too.

Completely unacceptable!
