Unauthorised Account Cancellation by MWEB

Today I contacted MWEB solely to enquire about the possibility of upgrading my account. Despite this limited request, my services were cancelled without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. At no point did I approve or instruct that my services be terminated.

From the very beginning, my experience has been extremely poor. I encountered rude and unprofessional staff, excessive waiting times, and repeated false promises.
