Unathi - Mweb Sales Call Centre

I would like to send a compliment for Mweb call centre person Unathi. I was given no joy from my previous interactions with Mweb but finally I was lucky enough to have my call answered by someone who was competent, empathetic and genuinely wanting to solve my problem. She even called me back to double check certain information which a previous agent had supposedly documented but apparently not. The overall Mweb service hasnt been great but Unathi has helped to redeem their image. Well done to her.
