Unapologetic Agent for Failing to Deliver

I signed docs first few days of last month with Kovlin for an ADSL line. I called Monday last week after hearing nothing from Kovlin for an update, as i was frustrated. Kovlin promised to ensure or attempt to push for the line to be installed within 7 to 8 days as opposed to the 30 days. When i called, he said my modem is ready and that they are ready to install. He said i would receive a call Tues or Wed to set an installation time. He also promised to send supporting docs.Tues came i received no email or call, i sent an sms requesting the email i got no response. I called all week my calls were not answered nor were they returned.I tried again today and my calls were not answered, i received an sms saying he was in a meeting.i called again 3 hours later no answer.I then sent an sms saying that he has given me no chose to escalate the matter further as he was choosing to ignore me. He then calls me back raising his voice at me threatening to cancel my service as he didn't appreciate my sms. He did not apologise. i remained calm in my response and gave him a chance to change his approach but he insisted i report him as he believed he has case against me I then said bye and hung up
