UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM MWEB

What is going on with MWeb? Since 30 October, I am unable to send e-mails. I tried to contact them, but is seems as if the consultants are very busy as I was number 46 in the queue. I tried to contact them with the online chat function, and WAS just informed that my request is being forwarded to the next available consultant. It seems as if there are more people like me with the same problem. They should jack up their service, and if not I will change my service provider.
