Unacceptable service

After numerous escalation, my internet connection is still not resolved.

What annoys me further with mweb are the lies and lack of accountability. Scheduled callbacks are not being honoured, the repeated troubleshooting steps yield no results and zero feedback on existing escalation.

Our Internet connect is being throttled hence they cannot even honour their callback promises.
