Unacceptable service delivery

Unacceptable service delivery from Mweb regarding the 14 day installation period window. No contact has been established from Mweb for a status update. I urgently need some one from Mweb to contact me regarding the installation for my fibre line, I app**** for this product on the 17th of May.
