Unacceptable service

Here we go again. Paying so much for the fastest line available and it becomes UN USABLE. So slow I can't even stream. Over a week now. When you call you wait more than an hour just for your call to be dropped. And of course your not allowed to ask for money back because technically you were still connected to the internet. I am so over this place, really. Please stay far away.
