Unacceptable Fibre "Service: from Mweb and Vumatel!

I converted to Fibre supp**** by Vumatel a few months ago. The line is supposed to be 10 megs but it is erratic and get dropped every few minutes. Impossible to reach Mweb due to a "technical problem"? Sent emails but no response. To add insukt to injury after just a few months they have upped their rates by about 8.5%. I would suggest anyone considering Mweb proceed with caution! (This review sent via hotspot on my cellphone!)
