Unable to stream & connection issues

We've signed up with MWEB LTE since last year and ever since it was activated we've never had a good stable connection. It's worse when we stream we cannot watch anything rather end up going to bed. When I call tech support we go through the settings and they still cannot help. We've never missed a payment but we not getting the service we subscribed to. Tech support is only good for nothing ... my ref MWB***3
